WHEN TO USE ELEGANT FLOORS’ DUST-FREE REFINISHING PROCESS

The Dust-Free Refinishing Process

Whether You're sprucing up a new home by the Kingston which you closed on; or you want to wash up the much-abused flooring on your teen's old room now that she has moved out to go to school, consider taking advantage of Kingston Floor Sanding ' Dust Free Refinishing Program. We use an advanced technology known as the Atomic Dust Containment System (DCS). We will walk you through the step-by-step of how and why this process is so helpful. However, before we do, let's consider who may need it.

If your floors are bowed, damaged, stained, intensely gauged, worn to the timber, or water damaged -- in other words, if your issues go beyond a few nicks and scratches -- the Bona Atomic DCS process might be for you personally. Also, if you or someone in your family is extremely sensitive or allergic to air pollution, the nuclear DCS can maintain your home air cleaner and healthier -- and stop moment dust particles from settling in your air ducts.

The Fundamental concept is Straightforward:
A powerful vacuum sucks all the dust and debris generated during the sanding out of your house and into a trailer outside. In other words, the dust gets a chance to linger, find its way into your air ducts, and then wend its way into your nose and lungs.

Here is the process, step-by-step.
Kingston Floor Sanding technicians will attach hoses to our gear and connect the sanding equipment to some sealed dust container out, in our Atomic trailer. During the first move, we will remove the old finish and take care of these nicks, gauges, and other impurities. We use special tactics to sand the borders.

Following these moves, we will return and make use of fillers to remove any remaining gouges, cracks, holes, etc.. We do yet another sanding overhaul. And then we add commercial complete (three coats) to ensure the utility and beauty of your newly resanded floor.

In the end, if you want, we can apply a blot (waterborne or oil-based) that meets your home's aesthetic requirements.
